Great pharmacy, always willing to take calls and pharmacist available for questions you have. Fair pricing on prescriptions and the kroger Rx savings card is a huge help too. Thank you for all your excellent work.

They've been dropping the ball alot lately, telling me prescriptions will be ready and then they are not ready until the next day causing me to miss 3 doses of a very important prescription I had to take and I had to suffer with the side effects of that. The new automated system is completely useless because I'll have a prescription ready for pickup but the prescription when I call the automated line doesn't even come up on my list of meds so it appears that is not even in the system. And just to top it all off as I'm sure a lot of people know already, the drive-thru is slow as all hell

Every Kroger Pharmacy is busy. Manage your refills on the app. Setup auto fill! I never have any issues. If you need your refill right away they will fill it that day to accommodate. Plus you get fuel points.

Every single time you go to pick up it is never ready. It’s always 15-20minutes. It doesn’t matter if it was supposed to be ready the previous day or earlier that day. Also they will not call and let you know that they are out of your prescription. You get to show up expecting it to be ready and then you get told to wait 20min and then you get told they don’t have it. Then you get to drive to a different Kroger that they transferred it to. Then you get to that one and find out that it isn’t there but a different Kroger even though you verified the address at the last Kroger. You’ll then show up at the 3rd Kroger to find out that yeah you get to wait 20min. Even though you were told they were getting it ready for you at the first Kroger. What a freaking joke.

Absolutely terrible. Not only is the wait incredibly ridiculous, but they have built it to have multiple attendants and yet there’s typically only one working. On top of that the drive-through delivery system doesn’t allow for anything bigger than a very small medicine package to go through. To add insult to injury, most of the attendants are typically in a bad mood and are very sour to help on anything. One time we waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through only to find out we had to come into the store and then wait another 30 minutes. This is an embarrassment for the entire company and should be carefully evaluated by senior management.
