Kroger Pharmacy

So impressed with Trixie and Leanne from the pharmacy!! They were so compassionate about helping me obtain my dogs seizure medications when another pharmacy couldn’t get them. Customer forever!! A million times thank you both!!!

Always the nicest and very convenient. And quick to get any problem I have with my daughter medicine figured out!

Normally, I would rate about a 3.5. Just get my medicine and go. But today I was having a really hard day after having my tonsillectomy. Had tried a pharmacy closer to the hospital BUT they beat around the bush and wasted my time. So then I go to my local Kroger Pharm and Caleb was who took care of me. If you see this, you are one of the best human beings I’ve ever met. You went above and beyond for me trying to get to the bottom of why I wasn’t being able to get my meds and eventually getting it straightened out. And shout-out to the man who checked me out as well and made sure I had all the info about coming back and getting my second dose. Middlesboro Kroger Pharm has a really good team rn and I hope they stay that way.

Always a good pharmacy when you need one with longer operating hours. However sometimes I do have difficulty in not getting texts when my prescriptions are ready.

I was amazed at the speed in which my medicines were filled. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I will continue to get my medicine here!
