Fountain Square Drive In Pharmacy

Recently visited Fountain Square Drive In Pharmacy to receive a series of vaccines for school. Pharmacist Maury was so kind and helpful in arranging these vaccines and administering the injections. I am very afraid of getting shots, however Maury was patient and did a wonderful job in making me feel as comfortable as possible when getting the vaccines. On top of this, the pharmacy was very helpful in trying to work with my insurance company and answering many questions we had along the way. Cannot recommend them highly enough for LMU vet/med students needing to be immunized. Thank you fountain square pharmacy!

I stopped by this historic pharmacy to get Pepto Bismol. When I got home I realized I had left my cell phone on the counter as I checked out. I went directly back and the phone was waiting for me. The lady at the register had put it away behind the counter for Me, realizing my error. I am so very grateful. I was able to locate three or four kinds of the pepto bismol. Amazing selection of products in this small pharmacy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtful kindness. As a Google reviewer I wish I could give you si. Stars.

This pharmacy has great staff that are courteous and very helpfully nice. I've been going here for a couple months, and I'm always warmly greeted! I get all my medicine filled without any problems. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

The staff here is rude. This isn't my pharmacy personally but I pick up prescriptions for my mother in law and I've never been treated nicely. Should truly work on customer service..

I came to pick up medicine for my friends dog. She has no car to come get it and she is at home with her little dog who was attacked. And the lady at the window was extremely rude. She acted like she was bothered by doing her job. I will never come back to this pharmacy and I will tell all my family and friends to do the same. I was going to switch to this pharmacy and now I will not be. I can spend my 1000 a month at aa pharmacy with nicer staff. So disappointed Middlesboro deserves better.
