Kidabilities Pediatric Therapy Center

My youngest son suffered a brain injury due to a mosquito bite which caused Lacrosse encephalitis. He has to relearn everything! God gave us a miracle when the doctors said if he lived he would be in vegetative state. Was told he would never see, walk or talk… He came out of coma, He has relearned to walk, relearning to talk and can see! Was traveling to west Knoxville for therapies, but do to it being a struggle in many areas, we where referred to Kidabilities. So thankful! Sarah worked with him thru his struggles and is having steady improvement. Working with him at home and now (2021) gets to go to two short days of school. Over all his favorite is that he ABSOLUTELY loved going to therapy at Kidabilities! Attended 2021-2023

These people are hurting kids long term. Every kid in the place was screaming and crying. I asked to be with my kid or at least sit outside of the door, so I could hear her. Not trusting them made them mad and I was right not to. They eventually let me sit outside of the room. The "therapist" brought my kid out and was wrestling her, while she whined and tried to get away. As she was wrestling my kid, she said in front of her "She's so BAD at this point, I'm not sure you're ever going to get her to the point where she's supposed to be. I mean, she has NO skills.". Those are the statements that scar kids. It was said only 10 minutes into the session. The problem wasn't that my kid was "bad" or had "no skills". Their "therapist" has no skills.
