The ladies who work in the store are fine. They ar very nice to work with, but Cricket is horrendous. Currently, there are Zero perks for existing customers. After I made this post I was personally contacted by cricket and they gave me a list of phones for existing customers and like I said they are nowhere near the prices for new customers period.
First time cricket customer bradley was great!! I got a new phone and have service at home now he was able to saved all of pictures and put on my new phone 5 stars!!!
Excellent service. Perfect customer service. Can't say enough about the store. One of the employees " angel " has been help above what the job calls for. He's the backbone of this location. Thanks
I had trouble getting all my contacts in my new phone. I stopped in today and a very nice gentleman put all my contacts in my new phone for me. Plus my Cricket service works great! Thank you!
