Kroger Pharmacy

They are usually nice, but their lunch hours are inconsistent. I got there 10 minutes before their 1:00 pm lunch closing and they were already closed. Not sure how they can do that, but I was on my own lunch break. Not sure when I’ll be able to get back here in their hours. Especially when they don’t go by their posted hours. Not the first time this has happened

We’ve been using this Pharmacy (because we have to) for about a year now, and I’m not very happy. The people who work at the Pharmacy in Granbury are simply RUDE! They are rude every time I’m there. I smile big and say “Hi!! How are you today?” And the response, without fail is “name…date of birth”. No smile, no I’m good, just “name, date of birth”. I like to build a positive and friendly relationship with the staff that I deal with regularly. I’ve asked about a certain medication seemingly “always” out of stock and was told “sorry, can’t help ya with that” Not, if you call us a few days before or anything like that, just basically a “too bad”. I’ve transferred all of the prescriptions, that I can, to a different pharmacy, and as soon as I can, I’ll move the rest. Poor customer service

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I decided to switch to Granbury Kroger pharmacy and give them a try. Biggest mistake ever! They messed up my very first prescription I had filled with them. I had stressed the importance of how the script needed to be filled & how many, as well as my allergy. They failed to fill the quantity prescribe by my doctor, in essence, they shorted the script. Now, it will cost me $80 to get the prescription straightened out again. In addition, the pharmacy staff has been rude and less then helpful in getting this resolved. The staff are frequently uncaring and incredibly slow. Most recently, I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes, despite being the only customer there, before being greeted with no apology or explanation for the wait. Then was treated like an annoyance, as if getting a prescription wasn't the whole reason the department exists. If I'm not wanted as a customer here, I will be happy to be another pharmacy's customer. Such a shame since the rest of the store has fantastic customer service.

I had a new prescription called in Monday and had a savings card for it. I’ve been doing business there for 2.5 years and spent $2700.00 last year on my meds. Might not be a lot to some people, but it’s a lot of money to me. An older lady recently started working in the pharmacy and she would not order my prescription because my insurance wouldn’t cover it and it was extremely expensive. She also wouldn’t take my savings card over the phone when they have there previously. She wanted me to come in and bring it to them. Extremely poor customer service and I am transferring my family account to a different pharmacy. I’ve always worked in jobs where customer service is imperative! Nice to be appreciated by her!
