Kroger Pharmacy

If I had a closer place to go to pick up my prescription, I totally would. I had a prescription that was suppose to be ready on the 15th. I came today to pick it up (18th)and it’s not even ready. I had to wait 30/45 minutes for them to fill it. They are very unprofessional and they do not care about the customer AT ALL!! People waiting at the drive through and no one attending to them, I had to come in to wait. One girl in particular is very dismissive and disrespectful her name was Ashley.. PICK ANYWHERE ELSE!

Every single worker I ever encountered has been kind, helpful and gracious. They find me the best savings on my medicine. Very grateful to them!

I switched to Kroger because they were the only ones that had my medication regularly. I would say I have lost about $300 over the last six months in charges that should have been completely covered by my insurance. Today, I called ahead to make sure my medication would be covered and ready… She told me it would be ready but that my insurance once again would not be covering it 1 of the 3 meds. I show up five minutes till closing for them to tell me NONE of my medications are ready, and “we close in 2 minutes” so I told her id wait. Immediately after handing me the bag, she slammed the gate closed. I open the bag and only one of my medication‘s was in the bag lol This is a regular occurrence at this location so if you enjoy bad customer service, ignorance and incompetence then this is the

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 6 years and have never had a problem that would justify a negative review. There are always going to be issues from time to time, but overall they are great! I will continue using them for the foreseeable future. Thanks, team!

Extremely frustrating pharmacy at times. I've called ahead, hours in advance, to have a prescription filled. They tell me it'll be ready in an hour. I show up to pick it up and get told they're out of stock. This has happened several times. I've also had many instances of being told an hour and then having to wait 30+ minutes for it to be filled once I get there. Sometimes they're great. Others not so much. So I suggest calling again to make sure your meds are truly ready to be picked up.
