i took my son here to see Dr. Panchel to treat his painful stomach ache that wouldn't go away. The first lady that entered our room asked many questions and did let my son speak about his stomach ache. She left and Panchel came in and it seems like he didn't refer to the notes the other doctor took because all he did was check my son's lungs and ears then gave him 2 prescriptions that weren't even relevant to the ache. Panchel also didn't let my son speak and was only in the room for 5 minutes before we were discharged. Worst service, looking to get a new pediatric doctor for my children.

Hello. I’m a young teen and my mother took my brother and I to this place. We had a great experience until Dr. Panchel came out. His behavior with my mom was unacceptable. He made her cry and made her feel like a bad parent. He’s the head doctor, so they have to defer to him. He’s awful. Don’t go.

Hemant J. Panchal, MD is a wonderful and kind dude. More importantly all his staff are awesome. They have walk in hours. My son and I have been going here now for three months. Would highly recommend.

In regards to doctor PANCHAL office. Amanda and dr Joyce go above and beyond in making sure you’re heard and listened to!
