BEWARE very unprofessional, took my deposits and monthly payments with no follow ups. i had to contact multiple times & even go in person after i realized they were avoiding my calls about my Invisalign treatment and when i would be receiving them. I got multiple different responses each time I contacted them, the first being the doctor didn’t even submit my prescription to invisalign. After realizing how unprofessional they were i let them know i did not want to move forward with them any more & would need my money back, all of sudden they are telling me my invisalign would be ready by next week and i should continue to work with them. Greg especially your rude, disrespectful and need to learn good customer service.

They did a great job on my sister's teeth. She's so happy with her smile and that's what really counts. They are offer flexibility with payments. The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean and organized. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with braces for a period of 4 years. Dr K is very thorough and personable, and quite the perfectionist.

Mon son is currently receiving services there and we are very pleased. Dr Kossovan and her staff are very friendly, show that they care about their patients and are generous with their time. They worked with our insurance very efficiently and are reasonably priced. Since my son is highly sensitive, I was worried that he would not tolerate the treatment well. However, thanks to dr Kossovan’s gentle touch, my son has been feeling very comfortable throughout his first 6 months of treatment and I am thrilled.

Dr K is extremely thorough, focused on perfect results, and at the same time very friendly. Ricardo and Dr K was always willing to take time to explain each step of the treatment and why it was necessary and what I could do to shorten the treatment time and get the best results. My teeth came out perfect just as she predicted at my initial appointment. They look and feel great. Im beyond pleased❤️
