Klein Pharmacy

My family's experience with Klein Pharmacy has been solid! They were able to fill a script super-quick for me that I often had issues and delays with at the CVS I used to use in Manhattan. Also, when we needed a script filled for my daughter on extremely short notice for pickup at their closing time, they were extremely accommodating.

There is one person who works here who is consistently rude anytime I need to fill a prescription. She cuts me off before I finish asking a question and, if I call to follow up on a refill she will say “I already talked to you” in the most condescending way possible. Meanwhile she never gave me a concrete answer and told me to follow up later. She acts as if it’s my fault that she is objectively incompetent. If you have to work with this pharmacy, just understand you will have the miserable experience of interacting with this awful person

I have been using Klein Pharmacy for more than 20years and they know you personally which I like. If there's a problem with a prescription, they explain and will give you an approximate time when the prescription is ready. They are wonderful

So rude, unhelpful, refusing to fill an Rx from an MD with his name and number and license on it for some reason, saying only "it's not a prescription, it is just a piece of paper." Total bureaucratic BS delivered by a faceless person behind counter, refusing to even look at my face. I said why not contact the doctor is you have a question? No. "It's not a prescription." This goes beyond rude and unprofessional.

I’ve had good experiences. They’ve timely filled my prescriptions each time I’ve been there. I don’t need automation, so the lack of it is a non-event for me.
