I had such a great experience at this office from start to finish! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made me feel comfortable right away. My dental cleaning was great! Super gentle and thorough. I usually get a little nervous at appointments, but they made everything feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Benedit was incredibly helpful and took the time to clearly explain everything I need. I really appreciated how patient and informative she was. After my visit, I was given a very detailed breakdown of my treatment plan and what my insurance covers, which made everything clear and transparent. They definitely gained a returning patient and I absolutely recommend this office!

I have had multiple negative billing experiences at Dental Arts of Pelham, and unfortunately, this was the final straw for me. On several visits, I have felt overcharged. Most recently, I was told I owed a co-pay that I later discovered was not actually due. When I asked the office to confirm, they admitted the charge was unnecessary. Patients should not have to question their bills to ensure they are accurate. During my last appointment, the hygienist also provided me with toothpaste without informing me that it was not complimentary. I later found out I was charged for it. At no point was I told it would cost extra. Handing patients products without clearly disclosing a charge feels misleading and lacks transparency. Additionally, the cleaning itself felt rushed. I was truly blown away by the staff and the genuine care that I received at this office. From my first initial phone call 2 months ago to my most recent appointment (with 4 appointments in between!)- the friendliness, empathy, and commitment towards me (and their other patients, I presume) has been incredible and consistent. Dr. Benedit is a phenomenal dentist! The hygienists and receptionists are wonderful to people too. They were very transparent with me about everything, and they can help you out with a payment plan if you don’t have insurance (like myself). I am very grateful to have found this office and will continue to come here for my regular cleanings.

Had a great cleaning with Shae this week and wanted to highlight my experience! He did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and took the time to explain proper flossing techniques and provided helpful oral health tips. Very professional, patient, and friendly. Highly recommend him for anyone nervous about dental work!

This office felt more like a spa than a dentist office! Dental Spa? Yes indeed! Seriously! From the hospitality of Samantha at the front desk, Kris the hygienist and Dr. Benedit, it was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere of the office, the intentionality and level of care that goes into creating such a beautiful environment do not go unnoticed. I felt so at ease and I normally do not enjoy going to the dentist or any other doctors appointments. I was recommended to visit the office by my boyfriend and I will be a returning patient! I feel very fortunate to find a dentist that actually cares and is willing to go above and beyond to address my concerns.
