Although I miss the closer location this was easy enough to get to. The parking lot is a bit of a mess because it's shared with a Starbucks that has a drive through. Friendly professional and clean absolutely no complaints on service. They did their absolute best to serve everyone in a reasonable amount of time with little to no hassle or fuss. It's hard when your children are not feeling well but the staff at this location make it easy to get the care that you need and to move on with the rest of your day. I absolutely appreciate everything they do and their professionalism and I hope they are compensated as such, professionals because that's exactly what they are.

I am writing to provide feedback about my daughter’s visit last night. I left the appointment feeling extremely frustrated and concerned about the quality of care she received. The doctor informed me that “children age 4 do not have sinuses,” and therefore declined to prescribe antibiotics despite my daughter showing clear symptoms of a possible sinus infection. This statement is medically inaccurate. Children are born with sinuses, and although some sinuses continue developing through early childhood, they can still become infected at this age. Hearing a provider give incorrect information and base treatment decisions on it was very upsetting. My daughter has been symptomatic for 2–3 weeks, and yesterday her symptoms worsened significantly. Her nasal drainage turned thick and yellow/ora
