Needed to file a retroactive claim with my insurance for out of pocket expenses and they not only refused to provide a copy of the claim form they sent my primary insurance, but also refused to provide the Tax ID and NPI numbers so I could fill the claim form out myself, both of which are required for me to get reimbursed. Pretty sure they are not allowed to withhold this information, but they did.

Same issue as everyone else. This is a SCAM. Do NOT give them your money. They have all of the telltale signs of a medical billing scam and these reviews validate that further. Leaving a review now since they won’t leave me alone after a OVER A YEAR. My credit score has only gone up which is further proof of a scam. The relentless bills they mail me (and voicemails) are threatening, vague, and unprofessional. The amount is never consistent and the procedure info listed on the bills is vague. Unfortunately, medical billing scams are not uncommon. Your information can be sold and leaked, even from hospitals you trust. Be careful!!! Pay on MyChart and ignore this “company.”

This is the worst billing I have ever seen. To have all of our information and still mess up is absurd. And it’s not just one situation with one person it’s everyone. I can’t get through to anyone to even explain my charges or tell me when they contacted me. Thank goodness my family is diligent about our bills. Not a single bill has been sent to us or when I poured through my phone call history had I received a message about an outstanding bill. I just all of a sudden had a collections debt request sent to me from Montgomery Lynch and Associates. Over 58 dollars. It seems like they just don’t want to deal with it so everything gets siphoned to collections either way. No one get scared over the word collections. The agency doesn’t buy debt. I received a bill for $7.15 and I can't pay it because the automated system can't find me. I get a hold of "Noemi" and she finds the account and verifies I owe the amount, but then sends me back to the automated system that can't find me. I have been in this cycle repetitiously for over an hour... for a balance of less than $8... smdh, I got better things to do.

Apparently I am having the same issues many others have mentioned. They claim the bills were mailed to my address, but I never received them. They also claim there was a courtesy reminder phone call, which did not happen. It is ridiculous why radiology which happens for a surgical procedure is not billed through the hospital (especially when the radiology occurred on the day of the surgery IN THE HOSPITAL). We'll see if the bills are legitimate, because I pay my legitimate bills when I actually receive them.
