I left five voicemail messages trying to get my prescription refilled. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told the prescription was called in that morning. Called the pharmacy and they hadn't received it yet. Looking to go elsewhere.

Team, I hope you are monitoring this. You have a historical problem that even your receptionist are aware of. Word of mouth is also confirming that getting through on the phone is almost impossible. Google Reviews also shows this is a historical problem. I failed to get through on the phone for several days. Eventually driving to the office to simply ask a question since the referral put in was never actually updated in their system. When I mentioned I was unable to get through and had to drive in, the response was, "Where did you drive from". When I answered there was no care at all or concern about the process since I didn't have to drive far. If there is any other option in DE, Recommend you try that. Unfortunately, they may be the only game in town.

I would love to leave 5 stars and the ONLY reason I won't is, they never answer the phones! I called for a refill and the phone just rang for literally 5 minutes before I hung up. I've had to drive there before for the same reason. Staff is wonderful and Dana is great! Just answer the darn phones! I'm a frustrated patient.. Edit: unfortunately leaving the practice due to not being able to reach anyone on the phone, which is a shame because Dana is awesome! When I can't breathe, I need someone to talk too. Moving on.

I have to readdress my previous review. All providers & staff are.very good. The negative issue regarding not answering phone calls may be because of the phone system they use.

We love coming here. They are always professional and friendly.
