When RiteAid closed it's doors I felt it was a sad day in Smyrna. Other than Happy Harrys I'm certain everyone remembers it also then became another Smyrna go-to like Smyrna hardware or Scans. That being said I'm so glad Focus is not much further down the avenue and handles all my prescriptions in a timely and pleasant manner. The female pharmacists have such a pleasant attitude everytime I step inside and overhear them dealing with other customers also. I highly recommend considering Focus Pharmacy for all your monthly prescription needs no we that RiteAid has left us unfortunately. 4 out of 5 stars due to only the hours being reduced from what we are used to.
Dr T and her staff are the most friendliest people that truly make you feel like family not to mention they know you by name !! Focus pharmacy is above all the pharmacy’s in my book 💯
If only I could give give Focus Pharmacy a 10+++. Dr T is amazing. Had a difficult time getting a prescription filled by doctor error. Dr T stuck through the process with me and was able to get the job done. Everyone in the Pharmacy is kind, knowledgeable, professional and always willing to help. So comforting. I have never once felt like I bothered them or annoying them. Dr T is the best Pharmacist I have ever known. Please don't move away 😊
