Did not have to wait passed our appointment time. Staff was very friendly. Would give a 10 out of 10 to the provider. He listened to everything I had to say about my son's lasting illness. Was very thorough with his examination and informative about what could be causing his symptoms. He prescribed antibiotics and after two doses, my son is feeling and looking way better. Would definitely come back to the Smyrna urgent care.

Taken right back, nurse was kind, professional and courteous. The doctor actually LISTENED to me, did not rush me at all. Overall experience was excellent. And I am on the mend now, feeling much better after 3 days of treatment!

I came in Saturday morning sure I had pneumonia and needed antibiotics. Even though I felt miserable, I was super happy with the Speed of service; professional staff; and cleanliness of the facilities. They quickly diagnosed me with the flu and gave me a prescription for cough.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I think the doctors do a great job. They pay attention and are thorough in a diagnosis. They actually check your allergies before prescribing meds. And, you get seen the same day. Great place!

Approximately 4pm checked in with a bout of pink eye. Check in was flawless, pre checkup went great, and check up with Doctor and perscription ordered and checkout was smooth. Overall experience was excellent!!
