Most certainly a 5 star experience. The facility is nice and clean, something I think is very important in a medical business/office. The people that work there from the front desk are always pleasant, professional , to the doctors who are the same. If you are looking for a good chiropractor for your aches and pains you need to go to Pure Wellness. You won’t be disappointed. This office and staff is amazing. I live closer to the Camden location but travel to Smyrna gladly for my appointments. They were able to get me in faster when I woke up stiff and not able to move my neck. I’m better now. I feel energized after each visit. I see Dr. Shane and he’s always attentive.
