I appreciate the services I receive ….from the front desk to the therapists. Chris is the best with suggesting new exercises, additional weight to move my progression along and home exercises. I am pleased to recommend this place for physical therapy.

The front desk receptionist (heavy-set caucasian woman) was very rude and spoke to me in a manner that was unacceptable. Granted, I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes late, and I will take responsibility for that. However, no one was at the front desk for at least 10 minutes after my arrival. I was called to the desk and was told very rudely that I signed in 15 minutes after my arrival and she was not sure if I could be seen. Her tone was very unappreciated and she never acknowledged or apologized for the fact that she was not available for an additional 10 minutes after my arrival. Apparently she spoke with the therapist and stated that I could not be seen- which is understood. However, an appointment was not available for another 2 in a half weeks. I want this company to know that they

Therapists are fine but BEWARE that the fees they charge up front are probably NOT what you will owe after your insurance has paid. This is highly misleading to patrons because you think that you have paid your part and it’s reasonable ($25 or so) and Premier loads you up with appointments and then when your insurance finally pays, (a month later) SURPRISE you owe an additional $15-$20 per visit! And you’ve already gone ahead with all of the appointments and now have a pile of extra fees. I think that it’s dishonest.

This facility is one of the best I've been to. I had total knee replacements in both of my knees and they had me not only back to all of my normal activities but, back on the dance floor better than ever. Jamie is an excellent physical therapist who makes sure you are comfortable in executing all of your exercises. You are in great hands with this facility and all of the physical therapist especially Jamie Smoot.
