Miss Petty was wonderful today! As a new patient, she took the time to explain everything clearly. When I felt nervous, she reassured me that everything would be alright and that she would take care of everything to get things back to normal. And I don’t want to forget about her fantastic staff. They are so nice and pleasant to talk to. I love the way they greet me coming in and going out.I’m so glad I’ve chosen her as my new dentist!

Dr. Petty is a caring, compassionate dentist! She has created treatment plans that have eliminated the pain I was experiencing with my teeth. Her staff is kind and friendly as well. I recommend this practice if you're looking for a dentist in the Sanford area.

Have not had good experiences at all on a couple of occasions one where my daughter was coming from Charlotte to her appointment and told them while in route got there a few minutes late and they would not allow her to be seen And on another occasion with my son where it was severely crowded and was called to the back and told to have a seat in a chair in the back area lobby after which the dentist was upset that I was sitting there with someone’s file. When her assistant told us to sit there. Very unprofessional and just not kind to patients.

Dr Petty and staff take real good care of you. Quiet office and very organized. My mouth feels so much better after infected tooth pulled, deep cleaning, one tooth filling and now partials. Thank you to Dr. Petty and staff!

As always, when entering the staff is polite and inviting. The office is spotless. My appointment was on time and Dr. Petty was kind and gentle. This is one of the best dental offices I have visited.
