Kadlec ExpressCare - Urgent Care In Queensgate

Nurse scheduled me an appointment. I came and the door was locked. I knocked and knocked. Nobody opened this locked door. I looked inside and a receptionist or someone behind a desk was clearly there and ignoring me…? Knocked more- nothing. I was there at the right time an employee herself had scheduled me. I drive off with my son and the door opens from another patient leaving. My son has had an ear ache and possibly has a sinus infection. Denied, I guess?! Called a number with someone affiliated and they confirmed we had an appt. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with some sort of KADLEC walk in the last few months.

Barely able to hobble in I came in after scheduled online appointment. I came the day before but was told I needed an appointment. I was in for severe pain right leg. The nurse ordered imaging an Kadlec Imaging Center. Images were performed and I made a point to tell technician it is my right leg that needs attention. I was able to read the report the next day in my chart. It is unclear who wrote it. However it was a paragraph about everything wrong with my left leg, which is fine! I sent a text to the nurse I saw, asked her to try and rundown the situation and correctly have my right leg image reported on. She did not respond. She did tell me she could not send a copy of her referral to Kadlec Orthopedic to my insurance Kaiser. Kaiser blocked Kadlec Express Care referral to Orthopedics an

Me and my family have gone here for years now. Never a bad experience and easy to get a last minute appt. Clean, friendly and speedy process overall. Highly recommend this place!

In my opinion Kadlec Express is the best in the Tri cities, especially for cash pay needs. The nurses and doctors are amazing. The pricing is great, and scheduling on line has always been spot on. I have never been delayed upon arrival.

I had an appointment so I got in right on time. Eric Crook PA was very thorough and took the time to explain everything regarding my condition. I will keep this office in mind the next time I can’t get into see my regular primary provider. I appreciate Kadlec offering this option.
