Dr Mah did a great job of helping me with my migraine diagnosis and provided a simple low cost solution that still helps me three years later. I come from a diverse part of New York so i understand that people have accents and work together on communicating. I also appreciate that a doctor who acts professionally and gets right to the point is valuable. I don’t need a doctor to sing and tap dance. Looking for a neurologist for my mother and i am so glad he hasn’t been chased away from Auburn yet. So glad he’s still here for us! Scheduling today.

Dr. Ma is a little difficult to understand because of the accent, but he helped my daughter. He worked with us until we found the right medication to control her seizures.

I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend Dr. MA JianXin or this practice! I go to a few specialist for chronic medical conditions and I just can not believe this practice. Lets start first with the fact that they did not have any medical information about me. No medical history, no prior MRI results or images that I had done before coming to the appt.( Abnormal MRI Results per my PCP) NO lab work, NOTHING. Dr. Ma was very unprofessional, he walked in on the nurse at first, did not even knock. His small talk at the beginning of the appointment was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. He made me feel nervous and questioned things, he asked my long term partner if he thought it was true or he had seen those things I had said to him; and that made me feel that he was not taking me serious. If you wanna live and not die don't go here .Dr ma is unprofessional and how could you put someone on chemo then refuse to give it to someone.please please for your health don't go here. His a very bad man. There's no such thing as moderate MS it's in stages. This man has no idea what he's saying. Asking my ex boyfriend to marry me for his insurance is absolutely disrespectful. I really hope he gets his just desserts

Was abruptly and short with my grandmother after a suspected stroke. My grandmother talked to him for 2 minutes, all concerns were just dismissed and he said everything was just "old age". Primary doctor requested routine/follow-up with him but he refused saying "I don't need to see you". Grandmother is seeking a "second opinion" (really is the first opinion as he did not give any medical advise besides lose weight). Look elsewhere if you are looking for a diagnosis or just like living.
