I had my first 90 minute MFR massage with Jennifer yesterday; I am already looking forward to my next one this week. Jennifer is so kind, while using prompt and good communication. She listened about my lifelong back, spine, neck and hip complaints, to all my tons of questions with professionalism and knowledge; and helped me address where to start. I was nervous due to my chronic pain. But Jennifer met me with a smile and warm welcome. She had the room warmed; with a very peaceful setting and a plan was discussed for my care in mind, this made for an amazing and wonderful experience! She explained her massge, her techniques and made sure I was comfortable. I am hardly sore today; just alittle tired. I saw Jennifer for myofascial release treatment about 10 years ago after a fall and an inability to walk without pain. Within a few sessions she had me walking without pain! Currently I am receiving treatment for mobility issues with my hips (sitting too much). Her hands, while gentle, are strong and she knows what she is doing. Jennifer has a relaxing presence and does incredible work.

I am completely awestruck by Jennifer's ability to identify and treat my problem areas. Her holistic approach takes all possible factors into account and comprehensively explains the effect they have had. She then takes the necessary steps to alleviate and correct the issue all while empowering you as well. This is her gift and calling and I am grateful I found her!
