Jenn is nothing short of amazing! She knows the body's anatomy well and has a strong intuition for what your body needs. She has helped me with my hips and spine, and has helped many of our other athletes with their needs. We run a strength & conditioning club and she was our in house therapist for years. Pain usually knows no friends nor foes! There is no easy way out of it, in my humble opinion, however, Jennifer besides her "second to none" skills helps to ease the pain. Blessings ✝️
