My 17 year old has been waiting 6 months for a neurology referral, that I signed release forms for prior to. Call them and tell them I need 3 of the forms to sign and she tells me that im not gunna threaten her, the nurse. Dr. Lee on the other hand doesn't do proper full exams and fills patients records of things supposedly the doctor did, but never did. Extremely rude staff.
Very good Doctor. Ms. Jennifer trys to find the problems instead of masking them with medication. Good listener. Compassionate with her profession.
They don't keep you waiting 3 to 4 hours before they call you.
