Jessica Mckenzie

Saw Dr. Mckenzie for the first time today. She took time to visit with me and get to know me as a person, not just a patient. She discussed my health care in a way that helped me feel more relaxed as I always get a little anxious at MD appointments. The entire staff was both friendly and professional. Thankful for this doctor and her team

I had a great experience with Dr. McKenzie. Her staff was friendly and efficient. She discussed her findings and plan of care with me and asked my input as a patient. She even called me personally to update me on lab findings. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst doctor I've ever had! Speaks to you as if she has empathy and compassion but in reality has none when it matters. Went into labor with my 8th baby and 2 hours later she bullied and forced me into an unnecessary "emergency" csection. For what it's worth I said " no several times" before feeling so threatened I caved. She claimed my baby wasn't breathing or moving, even though I said several times he was moving. She told the nurses and doctors in the hallway that baby's heartrate was rapidly declining when in fact it was not and I wasnt even on a moniter. They all bombared me yelling " think of your baby" until I cave. She then came into my csection casually and put on her play list playing Highway to Hell- among other dance party songs - while my sweet boy was being born and i was d

Dr. McKenzie is a saint. No kidding. By far the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She cares so much, offers so much, and will go out of her way to help with any concern.

Like visiting your friend. The office is comfortable. Staff is kind and personable. Dr. Mckenzie is so thorough. She will get to the bottom of whatever you are dealing with.
