I came in with my mom, and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful and my mom says Dr Wilson is amazing. I only wish they would update their phone and computer systems,they cause too many problems for patient's.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My elderly mother was operated on for a broken patella. The cast he put on her leg was huge, weighted a ton, and fell to rest on top on her foot. At the 2 week mark, he took staples out and against our request put her back in another cast. This one just as heavy and cutting into her foot and heal leaving wounds. After 4 weeks, the cast was removed to reveal screws sticking out of her leg. She had to have a 2nd surgery where he removed the hardware. He never mentioned anything was wrong. Currently we are at Oschners LSU for a different matter but upon examining xrays learned her patella was completely still in two pieces. She just underwent her 3rd surgery for her knee. Extremely disappointed is an understatement at this point.

Jennie is amazing overall. As a new patient doctor, Mark Wilson and Aubry Dennis made my experience easy as well as the transparency is amazing. I am grateful for all they've done for me.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: 79 year old mother was assaulted by Dr Wilson... I confronted him about the plan to get her up a day after surgery (that didn't happen). Out of anger Dr Wilson said WE'RE GOING TO GET HER UP! WE'RE GOING TO GET HER UP RIGHT NOW! Grabbing and tugging on my mother, leaving oxygen attached to her nose to the wall pulling her nose, me yelling at Dr Wilson HER NOSE! HER NOSE! , ice pack was detached due to him pulling on my mother not using necessary equipment to assist him . Dr Wilson call to his assistant to help him being he was unable to hold my mother up,flopping her in a chair where she was pleading for him... that SHE WAS FALLING SHE WAS FALLING OUT OF THE CHAIR leaving her unattended. Contradicting his own instructions of no weight on the leg that had undergone

Springhill waiting room is to small for the people in there. Nurses helped my mom get away from the other people and sit in a bigger area. Should tell people to wait in car and get a call to come when they confirm their appointment. I hope they do better next time.
