Be careful when picking up your prescription here.... They like to literally THROW pill bottles at you and then claim it was an "accident". I don't bother learning her name because I have absolutely no respect for her since she thinks it's okay to assault customers.... The African American lady with the braids NEEDS TO GO!! I'm all about keeping it local but I'm also about respect and responsibility.... But since you take neither one serious, I'll gladly find a different pharmacy..... Good luck if you keep her on your payroll.

I love the customer service I get when I call or walk in. Levi is so knowledgable. Carmen always smiles and talks to me and knows I hate staples on my bags and remembers!!!! And Leslie has the most beautiful hair! Shika and Darnesha are so sweet to my family and to me when I call. Best Pharmacy ever!!!

They were good when they first opened. Now the workers seem lazy and the wait times are ridiculously slow. They will not notify you if a prescription cannot be ordered for whatever reason, so you are left to assume it’s been taken care of until you show up and they break the news to you. Pretty sad when CVS is better than you.

Me and my two kids supported this locally owned pharmacy since it’s been built and at first it was amazing service and communication. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect and belittled in my entire life. Two women at the window slammed the window in my face multiple times in the middle of our conversation. Then requested me to come inside which I couldn’t due to my toddler in the car with a 104 temperature from two ear infections. I called ahead of time twice to verify it has been filled when coming to pick up the medicine it wasn’t ready. I asked for the owners name and I asked for whom i was speaking to in order to give fine details to the owner and they denied me the information to contact the owner and then the technician called minden police department and had 6 police

I have gone to this pharmacy several times now and switched from Walgreens. Due to Walgreens being quite rude. Talking about their pharmacy. I have had no problems and I've had many questions. Answered the atmosphere inside of the pharmacy is quite nice and the people have been quite nice to deal with.
