CVS Pharmacy

Terrible service, great difficulty getting a simple RX filled, not timely, obfuscation and meaningless excuses of no substance. Poor service, communication with local pharmacist is not possible as he will not even bother to speak with clients directly, instead relays comments to staff member. Personality of a log. Totally annoyed with local CVS Pharmacy staff, delays because of incorrect processing by them and OVERCHARGE, denying use of mfg. coupon for copayment. Out $50 dollars extra as clerk would not process it as the commercial insurance that it is.

Team members at CVS in Minden, La., are very caring people. Thank you CVS for having a great team.

CVS pharmacy has greatly improved their service! Quit using a couple of years ago. Went recently and was pleasantly surprised at the improvements. Shorter wait times, friendly staff!

My sister waited in line for a prescription pick up, the woman behind the counter first served her friend who had walked in several minutes after my sister and then they both laughed at my sister when she expressed her displeasure with the situation. I and others I know have always been mistreated by the pharmacy staff here at CVS Pharmacy on Minden and will never go back. I would rather give Walmart Pharmacy my support than CVS Pharmacy and their horrible staff.

No issues the lady that checked me out was real professionally.
