I experienced the best of compassionate professionalism from the helpful receptionist, initial assessments by Lauren, MA, cordial X-ray tech, and Lora, PA, who cared for my injury. Each one went the extra mile to not only provide excellence of care, but to help me feel relaxed and comfortable from my initial sign-in to helping me get settled into my car at the close of my visit. I'm happy to recommend this Urgent Care.

Instead of asking 30,000 questions because of the new system, maybe the care provider should spend more than 5 seconds “examining” someone. I was misdiagnosed and got so much more sick than I should have. I went to another care facility an hour away because I did not feel confident in receiving a correct diagnosis or medication from this place. I missed another day of work and had to pay another copay because I was not treated correctly the first time.

Terrible experience, excessive wait time. Took my daughter to get her swollen hand checked on a Saturday around 2pm. There were 3 other cars in lot, 3! One person in waiting room. Nobody at window, have a seat. We wait 15 minutes till someone comes back to window. Take her info, sit back down. Wait over an hour to get to room. Do the room stuff, weight, blood pressure, etc. Wait 20 minutes for doc. Looks at it, ok she says, ok, we're gonna get an x-ray. She then says, she's gonna have the gray tech prepare for it and be in for her in a few minutes, key words there "a few minutes" 30 minutes later, they get her, gone 5 minutes. Wait yet again 30 minutes for results. Finally get a splint on. Arrival 2:15ish, left 4:45. I can understand if there were people there, but 3 cars in lot, nobody in

As a retired RN needing care ,JeffExpress Urgent Care was definitely the best decision. A very positive experience with friendly staff at all levels, especially medical care & treatment received. Sean & Alecia very professional & caring.

Me and my boyfriend went in because he hurt his back to the point were he can’t walk everything was fine until we got into the room there was a pair of sunglasses in the floor and it didn’t seem clean in general it looks like all they did was just put new paper on the bed.
