I am an elderly woman. It took me four months to get an appointment with this guy. I arrived today 15 minutes late, as I got lost in the business park. The building numbers do not go in order. I had to park far away and it took a while to walk to the building. I was going to see the doctor for very bad knee and hip pain. It took me a while to walk through the parking lot. When I got inside, the receptionist told me I had to reschedule. I told her the appointment was critically important. She said she would check with the doctor. She came back and told me that he would not see me. I again explained that I got really lost in the parking lot and have extreme difficulty walking. I cannot believe I was treated so badly. This man is an absolutely fantastic doctor. He truly cares about you and will take the time to thoroughly explain everything. He’s really knowledgeable and super kind. I really appreciate him.
