My 2 year old son works with a couple Pediatric PTs here & I can’t express enough how impressed I am with their patience, the dedication & advocating they do for my son. Leah & Mary are truly superheroes! Making a difficult time in our lives, just that much better, by providing excellent and exceptional care.

Thieves. Charged me $702+ for a cortisone shot in the shoulder with insurance. Called twice about it. They said my visit was 45 min long (I waited for the doctor to come in the room longer than it took the doctor to give me the shot). Charged my as a "New patient level 5, which was just under $600". These people jack up the price of treatment and roll the dice to see if the insurance company will pay for it, and when it gets denied it's left to the patient to deal with it. I did a bit of research for local practices and what it would cost for a cortisone shot without insurance. The average patient in the state of Maine would expect to pay between $300-$500 for a similar procedure without insurance. But here I am paying $700 after my insurance coverage. This review is for the Yarmouth location and their staff! Ive had such a fantastic experience there! So far there isn't a separate google review option for that location, so I'll put it here. I've seen Cullen for back/ spine pain. Can honestly say, its been the most helpful PT I've encountered. I've had spine pain that strikes like lightning off and on for 10 years> the old reach for something and whammo> something in your back " goes out". The Yarmouth office and Cullen have been able to get me in fast, and also communicate what to do right away to help pain. The techniques/ movements/exercises I've been given> really worked to relieve pain! And fast! In 10 years of dealing with this off/ on back SNAFU, this is the first time anyone has given me PT/ steps that clearly> solve the problem.

I was happy with my initial visit until I got a 500 bill in the mail for less than an hour. I tried to call and have the bill adjusted to a fair amount with no success. I could understand 250 or 300, but 500? Excessive! Our healthcare system is broken.
