I’ve been driving 2 hours to come here for many years. It is well worth it. Very friendly people and up to date equipment. I have diabetes so it is important to have that equipment for my needs. Dr is very thorough and shows concern if you also are concerned. He gives tips to try to resolve the issue and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! PS They also have a very friendly mascot that greats you. He’s a handsome boy.😃

They are AMAZING and so kind, sweet, and understanding. The doctor is super kind and professional, and all the assistants are so so sweet and answered alll my questions about the different tests and machines, and the receptionists are like the kindest people on earth both on the phone and in person. So eo patient🥺🥺😭😭😭 what a great experience. My time was respected and so were my eyes🥰 DYLAN THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE BEST😭😭😭💓💓 i love the friendly office dog. He is so cute and sweet and super friendly. He loves to be pet :)

Jonathan Olmes and his entire staff, including Wilber,the sweetest dog in the world, are the very best eye Dr's I've ever had, and I've been wearing glasses for over 40 years. Not enough words to truly describe what an amazing eye care team they have. I highly recommend them to anyone in Southern Maine. Very comfortable and extremely devoted to my personal needs. 5 Stars +. Their professionalism and dedication is the best! I'm 70 years old and with Eye Care of Maine, my corrective glasses have me seeing 20/20! Very pleased with them and their personal time and investment is #1 bar none. David Johnson

Everyone working in So. Portland office takes time to explain what they're doing. The doctor is professional and takes the time to hear your concerns and addresses them in simple terms so you'll understand. ...and we mustn't forget Wilbur the meet and greet dog!

I've been coming to this place for the past decade and I'm always satisfied with the customer service provided. They also accept MaineCare which is a huge win! I truly feel that my eye sight is taken care of here!
