The people here are off the charts fantastic! While traveling from Boston to Portland Maine I discovered that the one thing I really can’t do without, my hearing aid charger, was left behind. While the kind folks at the hotel in Boston went out of their way to notify me of finding it and returning it to me via FedEx, a holiday weekend prevented a rapid turnaround. So I searched hearing aid vendors in Portland to see if by chance I could purchase a charger. Jack, at HearingLife, is an absolute dear! While he didn’t have one for sale, he offered to give me one they had on hand. WOW! And he stayed in touch with me to ensure I reached them before they closed for the holiday. This is what human kindness looks like!

He is always available For me when I need some fine Tuning on my hearing aids. I am now on my fourth set of hearing aids, and I couldn’t be happier.
