Dr. Turrisi’s journey with her sweet pup is heartwarming. You should book an appointment just to hear about it. In addition, she is an excellent doctor!

Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. The doctor took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I am a long time patient here (20+ years) because of how great the staff is and how quick and easy the process is from making the appointment to being seen.

I had an excellent experience at Maine Mall Eye Care. One of the receptionists researched my insurance and found coverage I was unaware of, which allowed me to get my eye exam at no cost to me. The Dr. Was excellent. She answered all of my questions along with several I hadn’t thought of, and informed me every step of the way of what she was doing and why. I will use them going forward annually for my eye exams and any other issues I have with my eyes and sight. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Maine Mall Eye Care for years with Dr. Gagnon who is very personable, caring , thorough, and genuine. His staff are very kind and helpful. I feel very comfortable in the office and have no anxiety going there. I appreciate Dr. Gagnon. My mom has him, and my daughter has him. I have never changed optometrist, and I highly recommend him.

There was a patient leaving when I arrived, and Dr. Roger Gagnon held the door for both of us!! The staff is so friendly and attentive and I was so happy I didn’t have to do the visual field. My eyes were severely dry and hurt so badly 😢. Dr Gagnon gave me eyedrops to use hourly for 48 hours. My eyes feel so much better!!!
