I’m not a big fan of massages, but I fell and got a terrible deep tissue bruise on my hip. It lingered for way too long. Someone recommended her to me and I can’t even explain how she changed my life. Two sessions and I was able to take my daughter skiing today. She can do so much more than massage, it’s greatly improved my quality of life, I should have seen her a month ago!

My massage with Kate was exactly what I needed. This winter has been long and cold. The hot stones and warm towels helped relax and warm my muscles. I will definitely schedule another session with her.

I hand't had a massage in a few months and was looking for a new massage therapist relatively close to home. I made an appointment with Angel Smith, not because I knew her or had been referred to her, but because the day and time worked for me. I was blown away by how much I enjoyed the massage and how skilled Angel is; she knows her stuff and clearly has been practicing for many years. I was over-the-moon happy with my discovery of Angel!

Kate is amazing. I just moved from a condo to a house and I felt like my body was completely out of whack. Kate got me realigned and feeling so much better in no time. Left our sessions feeling purely blissful.
