The staff is amazing. Avery and Jess, at reception are always friendly and welcoming, and they know insurance stuff! It is so reassuring. Dr Michelina is a great physical therapist! She knows when to push hard and when to give me some breathing room - and then she gently pushes me farther than I think I could go. I recommend this office highly!

I see Dr Michelins Ricotta for Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy to treat urge and pressure incontinence. She began treatment with by taking a thorough history and physical examination and then clearly explained the course of treatment she was recommending. I have found her to be very knowledgeable, sensitive, and compassionate. I would highly recommend her.

I have had all positive experiences at the Irondequoit location! I don't feel like I am just a name on the books and get in and out within a certain time. The staff take their time with patients and will work through several exercises each session but allows patients to take the time they need to get through them without being rushed or cut short. They will modify to what you are able to do and listen to what is hurting to adjust to help you try and improve. They also use all different techniques to attempt to alleviate the pain.

I was referred to Dr. Ben Read by my friend after my hip replacement. I had gone to a ‘well known,’ multiple location PT office prior to surgery and I was not satisfied at all with feeling like a ‘number’ and not getting any 1:1 care.
