Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care

This is a great urgent care! They really do care and the Doctor was really great and helpful with my ear pain. She did more than any other urgent care would have and I really appreciated everything! We brought our sick 3 yr old here on a Sunday afternoon around 3PM as a walk-in. We were so pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and we were taken back within 15 mins. All necessary tests were done promptly and the results came back shortly after. The provider Jennifer Samuel FNP explained the diagnosis and the appropriate prescription was called into our pharmacy for expedited pickup. The staff was efficient and reassuring. I honestly expected long waits after hearing many urgent care and ER horror stories, but this clinic exceeded expectations. They are organized, clean, and efficiently run.

Fantastic urgent care facility! The staff and medical team were kind, polite, and attentive. The nurse and PA calmed my nerves and attended to my injury swiftly. Very happy to know that this facility is so close to our home.

The best staff ever. Rachel and Jessica were the best nurses ever. Dr Adheem was extremely kind and helpful. They took really good care of me.

Went here on a Saturday night at 6 o'clock. There was barely a wait and they addressed my concern quickly. It did feel rushed because they wanted to leave on time which was fine because I didn't want to be there forever. The doctor told me to call tomorrow if I needed anything at all. Be warned if you need to call for a concern afterwards they are are not reliable. Obviously most pharmacies were closed so we have then send it to one close to home. Today I realized that pharmacy isn't even open today. I called at 10 am to ask them to switch it to a different pharmacy so I could get it today. No one ever called me back. At 1:30 I called again to tell them to disregard the message because at that point the other Pharmacy was going to be closing anyways I got someone on the phone this time and
