Ideal Dental Cedar Hill

I go here once a month for my braces and I always request their ortho assistant named Carolyn and I absolutely love her, she is so sweet and kind. She is very good at her work and I love that she plays music! It helps with my nerves that she checks up on me and is very gentle while working on my braces. I love her energy and her hugs. It makes me feel very welcomed. She is the best!!

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had!! I had all 4 of my wisdom removed by them, I had no bruising or swelling. The took such good care of me and made me feel so comfortable. LOVE the nice women there!

This rating is ONLY for the back of house staff! Management here sucks, and I reported them to corporate several times. I was on the orthodontics side. Dr. Gilmore, Ms. Carolyn, Amanda and Tiffany are the hardest working people I know. They were chronically overbooked all the time, I often brought them Lunch or even a drink to get them through the day. What I noticed, they still had a smile. Still treated me like family. You can tell they have a heart for what they do.

So professional and so efficient. I got a deep cleaning , which is usually quite irritating because of the long tedious scraping and grinding. Ideal breaks the cleaning into two visits (I love that) and the hygienist is great at her job, so everything was done very well and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend them.

I have been coming to this location since my kids were babies and I find it hard to transfer to another location even though I have moved twice since i last lived in cedar hill. The staffs here are the kindest people I've met in such settings. They use to be called smile workshop and that's exactly what you will get from the staffs. Smiles. I will recommend this location anytime and any day for all your dental needs. My kids love them, they have a staff there that they called aunty because she's been there since they started going there till date. She's very sweet.
