I called for help with a submitting info for VA burial benefits for my husband who recently passed. She sounded annoyed and offered no condolences, just a terse "submit it then". So I did.

Excellent place to get your needs met as a Veteran. Linda Mallon is a retired US Army Master Sergeant. She hold a wealth of knowledge. She was able to help me navigate through some of the questions that I had about different services. She worked as an active duty Soldier for over 24 years. Her office is located in the Hood County court house (the huge building in the center of Granbury’s town square) on the first floor, west side. Opposite of the handicapped entrance. She is very professional and was polite to talk with. Leaving me at ease and feeling better about the process with Veteran Affairs. If you’re needing help she can help you. She answered my call right away and offers walk ins.
