I've been taking my dog here for 5 months for her physical therapy recovery from hip surgery and Dr Kho and his team have been incredible! The nurses are always sweet and attentive to my dog and she gets excited to come here. They've done a great job at helping her relearn how to walk, as before she was hopping on one hind leg but now she's comfortable with bearing weight on both hind legs thanks to the team here.

This place is so so wonderful. Compassionate, personal, professional. They coordinate a lot over text messages, which I love, and respond quickly. They've been really flexible, and I really like the doctors I've had through them! Can't recommend enough.

This place used to be fantastic. They really helped our previous dog, and we have probably referred nearly a dozen people here. Reportedly still the same owner, but sadly seems other things have changed for the worse. Though the front desk is still friendly and helpful, you can no longer accompany your dog into therapy. Nor can you visually monitor what is happening in the large therapy room. Over just a few visits our dog’s condition did not improve but resistance grew to outright fear, with sudden serious behavioral issues on entering the facility and in reaction to touch in specific spots. His therapy was supposed to be passive (e.g., Heat/infrared) and underwater treadmill. Our experience at HVC has been some of the most genuinely enjoyable and high quality care I’ve ever received from veterinary medicine. Every single staff member we have interacted with here is so knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and sweet to my dog. As soon as we turn the corner and she sees the lobby door, her tail goes straight up in the air and she gets so excited. Our initial consultation with the physical therapist was incredibly detailed and comprehensive, and the rehabilitation sessions we’ve attended has helped my dog regain strength. Our experience with HVC has been exceptional. It's difficult to summarize everything that HVC has done for our dog and just how wonderful our experience has been. Our large breed senior dog was diagnosed with a stubborn injury 1.5 years ago. The HVC team came to the rescue, providing expert well-rounded care and helping us to avoid surgery! We are working with Dr. Ancier and have found her to be extremely knowledgable, thorough and very attuned to our dogs needs. Our dog loves her (he gets excited just hearing her voice in the room next door)! Dr. Ancier put together a holistic custom plan, including a new (for dogs) regenerative laser treatment that seemed to be key to his recovery. She also guided us to custom cannabis oil therapy, which we were nervous about at first, but has prov
