Four members of our family have received orthodontic treatment at Hillside over the last 7 years, and we have only positive reviews about our experience. I did Invisalign as an adult and three of our children received orthodontic care - I was in/out of their office quite a bit. The front staff is consistently friendly, efficient and responsive. Dr. Ikeda is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. The practice is organized and appointments run on time, which makes scheduling pull outs for school and stacking other appointments much easier. Both of my kids have received excellent care from Hillside View Orthodontics. Their staff and ortho assistants are always kind and helpful, and they are very responsive when there are urgent issues that need same day or next day appointments. We had a perfectly fine experience while the practice was managed under Dr. Righellis, under whom we paid upfront for the entire course of orthodontic treatment. However, when we called them today after my daughter's permanent retainer became unglued from one lower front tooth, they simultaneously let us know that their first appointment was over 2 weeks in the future even for this surgent matter, but that we shouldn't wait too long to get this fixed since her teeth could shift. Under Dr. Righellis, the practice would have found a way to fix the issue in a more timely manner. By contrast, this is now apparently just our problem. We also learned there will be an additional $180 charge to fix this issue, it is not covered by the hefty $8000 upfront fee we had already paid for the entire cou
