I like the Denist there. The hygienist are also great. Front desk not so much. The girl would not even look at me as she asked me to pay hundreds of dollars because they will only file one insurance. I find the very rude. I will not be going back so that just lost them hundreds of dollars because she treated me like a checkbook and not a person. Make eye contact with people when you speak to someone, customer service 101.

Daughter has infection 😫 from a cap they placed they refused to give her antibiotics, dentist refused to answer my questions after I drive over an hour to get there, roadwork caused me to be over 20 minutes late. They were rude and hateful.. Now my daughter has an infection with no relief, they laughed. No accommodations that's what they say even though we are over an hour from home. I know its hard to find a dentist they know this that's why they are able to treat people this way because people have no choice. I'm calling a lawyer!

Great dentist. However, they do not know how to bill insurance correctly. I got a $690 bill with a premium dental plan on my kids. After speaking to my insurance, half of the claims on the bill were never filed. I gave her two chances to correct it. The woman filing insurance needs to be replaced. I don’t have time to do her job every visit

My daughters are 4 and 6. My 6 year old saw Dr. Ervin, just had cavities filled and the nurse was so nice to show her everything. My 4 year old got put to sleep for work done, by Dr. Fulkerson he did a wonderful job on her as well.

I brought both of my grandsons, ages 9 and 14 to the office. Wonderful staff. Polite, organized and talks with the kids. Answered questions . Wow.
