Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Henderson - KY

The staff are always nice and courteous and extremely pleasant to be around. They are very professional but at the same time will laugh at your jokes. They fixed me up in 30 minutes. I live in Spottsville and go out of my way to go see these folks because of these reason. I have been to others so I can compare and nothing compares to this place. Thank you ladies for all your hard work.

I had been sick for 12 days coughing and sneezing. OTC medicine wasn't helping at all. I was actually getting worse so I decided to go to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care. This was my first time ever going there. The lady that checked me in was so nice. The lady that took me back and took my vitals etc was nice. And the Nurse was nice and knowledgeable. She prescribed what I needed to get over what I have. The next day I was already feeling better from the medicine. I got in and out really fast. I'm glad I choose this place and will recommend it to other people.

Absolutely rude and disappointing. I understand that you close at 8:00 PM, and I arrived at 7:50 PM—the earliest I was able to make it. Instead of being met with understanding or professionalism, I was greeted with heavy sighs, huffing, and an overall lack of genuine care. This experience reflects a bigger issue I’ve noticed across many healthcare facilities lately: a lack of compassion and patient-centered service. Healthcare is not just about operating hours—it’s about caring for people when they need help. Patients don’t always have the luxury of arriving earlier, and showing up before closing time should not be treated as an inconvenience. If staff are unwilling or unable to handle patients respectfully—especially those who arrive within operating hours—then perhaps healthcare is not

I brought my granddaughter in who was sick and they were fast but gentle with her and that goes a long way because she is only 5 years old! They are very thorough especially the nurse Christy! We would definitely come back!
