Flo and Kim took such good care of my daughter and I today. I really appreciate them.

Very upset with this place! Went there a couple weeks ago sicker than a dog!! Went back even sneezed green mucus into my mask. They did Covid and flu test which took a minute to test and said if I had either she would still treat it the same way and didn’t write me any type of prescription. Which ok I understand that may be right nothing you can do, but I also missed work because of how sick I was and told her I would need one! She told me she wouldn't write me a doctors note “too many people are coming in here just to get doctors notes for missing work and it’s taking away from the people who are actually sick” I said well I am actually sick and just sent me out the door!! (MIND YOU I WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IN THE RESTAURANT!!!) I’ve never been so upset with health care in all my days!!! I

Sat for almost an hour in am empty waiting room to just sit another hour in the room after a short look over from the nurse. Every time i looked out they were just behind the desk playing on their phones.

Took my mother to the urgent care today. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. Got straight back and the nurse talked to my mom was very nice. Then the provider came In and let me tell you. She was so good with my mom. Took her time and she figured out what was wrong with my mother. I will always highly recommend this place. Caring and loving and very professional. Leslie I thank you so much for maybe even saving my mother life today.

I’ve been there several times for both my child and for me. Staff is always so kind and some go above and beyond to make sure my child is comfortable when needing to get temps etc. which requires a lot of patience. I’ve only had an extremely long wait time once, but I was a walk in so that was understandable. Most of the time I am in an out within an hour
