5 Stars for Helendale Dermatology! Dr. Arthur is exceptional - thorough, compassionate, and explains everything clearly. She is knowledgeable, personable and has a great sense of humor too! The office is conveniently located. It's clean, modern, and well-organized. The entire staff is friendly, professional and welcoming. I have been going to Helendale regularly since 2005 and have always had a positive experience. I will continue to recommend this practice for professional skin care.

I just got home from my visit with Mike Brown, PA and I just had to provide a review. The waiting room is comfortable and inviting, and it smells good too. I was called back at my exact appointment time. I was full of nerves and brought my boyfriend with me thinking it would be a stressful appointment, but Mike completely put me at ease. He was very kind, personable, and more informative and helpful than any other doctor I've ever seen. We laughed during the appointment (which I've never experienced at any kind of medical appointment before), he addressed my concerns very thoroughly, and provided some incredibly useful and helpful information. Waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Provider spent 2 minutes in room, no diagnosis, just try some creams. I asked at the front desk if there was a way to provide feedback about my experience and there wasn’t an option. Update: Someone from your office called to follow up and didn’t listen to my concerns at all and made the situation worse. I asked to speak to someone else and after a long wait I finally spoke to the manager. I have been a patient for more than 20 years and based off my experience today I am reconsidering being a patient at this practice.
