Heather Potter is the worst medical specialist I ever saw. Right now I'm waiting for a refill of my pills for 9 days! Yep, 9 days! I've been taking these pills for 30 years and it's the first time somebody treated me like this. On the phone, her office told me that they hadn't received a request from the pharmacy. It was on Friday the 5th, and my pharmacy didn't contact me on Saturday the 5th (which means most likely Heather Potter's office ignored the fact I had been waiting for pills since June 29th and didn't contact my pharmacy). I said "most likely" because I don't know for sure. Anyway, it's not my business, let Heather Potter and the pharmacy clarify this business. Nobody apologized. But that's not all. I've had sinus headaches with pain and pressure for over a week. They made an appointment with Heather Potter since my provider was out, Rik. I'm always put on an antibiotic which clears up my sinus infection. Ms. Potter said it was viral and she wasn't putting me on an antibiotic. That was two weeks ago and I'm still having the same problem. I'd never refer anyone to her. NEVER!!!!
