This place is the absolute worst! Therapist Sharifa Constantine is nonresponsive and does not care about her patients. I asked for a transfer after realizing that she was never actually listening to what I was telling her. The notes she put into the system are 100% inaccurate. It's been well over a week since I've contacted her and still no update or call back. When I try to reach out to the front desk they also will not give me a call back! I have left at least 4 voicemails. This place completely avoids their patients and their concerns! Totally unprofessional! I contacted the place I wanted to be transferred to and they said no one has ever contacted them about me. This proves that Sharifa never did what she told me she was going to do.
