Like many Dr. offices front desk staff seem indifferent, however I have found that once they are comfortable with you the whole atomosphere changes which could be the result of rude or nasty patients. I also have no complaints about Dr. Ryder, he asks question and listens to your answers and I would rather wait in the waiting area knowing that the patient before me is having a knowlegable visit. In cases of emergency I have (or my late husband) has been taken in for an uscheduled appointment. The quality of care is much more important than the time it takes to get it. I have had very limitted waits and that practice was the only one locally that I could even get two or three people to agree on. Doesn't say much about other local dr.'s offices.

this place is terrible. the staff is super rude, and always make you feel like an inconvenience. Kristen, is AMAZING! she is the only reason i stay here as my PCP. if she left, so would i. today for example, had an appointment at 4:45. it’s now 6. still haven’t been seen

Agreed, horrible staff, no compassion, always wait a long time...I've been coming to this office for 4 years, I'm disappointed every time- they all seem like they don't like their job, why work somewhere and take it out on people who need care, it's disgusting. I'm finally going to search elsewhere to go where for quality care. I'm now going to miss my chiropractors appointment after this because the wait is so long...and there was one person ahead of me.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 17 years. Dr. Folan, Dr. Michael Ryder, Annmarie Badagliacca, PA have been my primary care providers. I have multiple chronic health issues which I have trusted this practice to help me. The front desk staff is always busy but polite. I can't say enough positive things about this practice and will continue my care with them for as long as possible. They keep up with all my specialists and make suggestions for me to help myself make healthier life choices. Dr. Folan 17 years ago saved my life by sending me for appropriate tests that led to a diagnosis which had been overlooked by other physicians all over New York at the "best" hospitals.
