Hartford Hospital Family Health Center

I needed a return to work form signed off by my doctor before I can return to work (1 question and a signature). I sent a copy by mychart Wednesday and hand delivered another copy today (Friday). I was told by the receptionist that it could take 5 days to get the form back. I explained that I needed it today if I'm going to be able to go back to work on Monday and that I will lose pay if I miss work. The receptionist just repeated that they have 5 days and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. You would think people in healthcare would care about their patients. This place earns their rating. Edit: A full week later and they still have not gotten this form back to me which has cost me lost wages.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Put on hold for 15 min and had to hang up called back got hung up on called back again to be put on hold again without even saying anything! That is unprofessional! You obviously don’t care about your patients because if you did you would have a better system put in place except you don’t and nothing is done about it! Not to mention I was called to reschedule because the doctor wasn’t going to be in and from reading other reviews apparently this is a normal occurrence for this place. Just so unprofessional I would give no stars if I could!

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Been seeing Lori Tilden-Smith for years. Best primary care PA around. She listens and is very thorough in her assessments.

Everyone I've dealt with there has been nice I haven't had any problems so far. I just found out though that my pcp is leaving Dr Laura Gioiella she has been so great to deal with so nice I hope wherever she goes next she is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been seeing Lori Tilden-Smith as my PCP for the past few years and she has been absolutely amazing. I’ve never had a more knowledgeable and trustworthy doctor in my life. She really makes sure that her patients get the time and attention they deserve and need. She’s very down to earth and very straightforward, which I appreciate.
