Harris Teeter Pharmacy

Started using this pharmacy as it offers great discounts not offered by Medicare Part D. Have had a few prescriptions filled and it’s a short wait time. Pharmacists are courteous and helpful. May continue using as I compare prices for additional prescriptions.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about ten years. Since then I’ve grown up and moved around to different cities. But I still make a point to time refills with visits home so I can make refills here. They are consistently the most reliable and easy to work with pharmacy I’ve ever been too. The people are just so kind and pleasant. I get a very neighborhood business vibe from this place.

Extremely poor customer service. We dropped off a prescription to be told it will be about 20 minutes to fill. My daughter and I shopped a little to kill some time and I told the lady behind the counter we were going to sit in the little waiting area bench, and to let us know when its ready. About 30 minutes later with no status update, I approached the pharmacists to then be told it could be filled because they didn't have it in.

The staff here is great. Mabel et al always go above and beyond to help the customers. I forgot one of the staff's names, but she even opened the gate at about 7:15 PM after they had closed 15 minutes earlier to allow me to pick up a prescription for my daughter. That's uncommon nowadays.

Best pharmacy ever . Goes the extra mile to sort out doctor or insurance problems. Prescriptions always on time.
